Meet Dr. Alex Oldroyd

Dr. Alex Oldroyd is dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating beautiful smiles for his patients. He transitioned from general dentistry to orthodontics, driven by a love for dental esthetics and the transformative power of a great smile. Recognized as a Top Dentist in 2021 by St. Louis Magazine, Dr. Alex is committed to staying at the forefront of dental technology, including being Invisalign® certified. He lives in Lake Saint Louis with his wife, Alison, and their three daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, biking, playing board games, and directing the Rising Generation Youth Chorus.

Meet Dr. Courtney Ethington

Dr. Ethington is thrilled to be part of the team at Bankhead Orthodontic Specialists, where she combines her love for interacting with people and creating beautiful smiles. Born and raised in central Kentucky, she moved to St. Louis nearly three years ago and has since embraced the Midwest, proudly calling St. Louis her home. Dedicated to treating patients like family, she aims to make every orthodontic experience enjoyable and successful. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, skiing, cooking, and spending time with her significant other, Phillip, and their dog, George, exploring new places and foods.

Meet Dr. Jacob Bleyer

Dr. Jacob Bleyer has a passion for helping patients achieve the smiles they've always wanted and the happiness that comes with it. Dr. Bleyer can’t think of anything better than watching someone marvel at their new smile for the first time and seeing the confidence it brings them. Raised in southern Illinois, Dr. Jacob is excited to be back in the area as a member of the Bankhead Orthodontics team. He enjoys making a difference in his patients' lives with the latest advancements in treatment techniques, including 3D printing, digital scanning, and Invisalign. Outside the office, he loves traveling and scuba diving and is a devoted St. Louis Cardinals and Blues fan.
